⏳ Routine (30 Minutes Total)
1️⃣ Warm-Up (5 min)
✅ Stretch shoulders, wrists, and legs.
✅ Take 10 slow-motion practice swings focusing on balance.
2️⃣ Full Swing (15 min)
✅ Drill: Start with half swings using a pitching wedge.
✅ Hit 20 balls focusing on making clean contact.

⏳ Routine (45 Minutes Total)
1️⃣ Warm-Up (5 min)
✅ Stretch & mobility drills.
✅ 10 slow-motion swings focusing on setup and posture.
2️⃣ Full Swing (20 min)
✅ Start with pitching wedge (hit 15 balls).
✅ Move to 7-iron (hit 15 balls, focusing on solid contact).
✅ End with driver (hit 10 balls, working on smooth tempo).
✅ Use an alignment stick to check ball position and aim.
3️⃣ Short Game (10 min)
✅ Drill: Hit 15 chip shots to different distances.
✅ Use 9-iron for bump-and-run, sand wedge for high shots.
✅ Work on consistent stroke and follow-through.
